AWANA GRAND PRIX PINEWOOD DERBY
This evening we will be having our AWANA Grand Prix Derby here in the GBC auditorium. We will not have our regular evening service so that we as a church body can better reach out to the parents and children attending this event. Please bring your cars by 5:30pm. If you are making cookies or desserts, please bring them to the church kitchen.
MEAL SIGN-UPS FOR THE REASONERS & OWENS
We have meal sign-ups for the Reasoner and Owen families. The Reasoners recently lost their home to a fire and the Owens recently became a family of 4! If you would like to be a blessing to either of these families by providing a meal, please see the links below for more information and to sign up.

There will be a table set out in the lobby nSunday, May 26 for Josh & Hanna Csire as we look forward to helping them welcome their Baby Boy next month! Let’s be a blessing to the Csires by bringing in diapers, wipes or gift cards to drop off at their table that day!
CHILD WORKER MEETING
We have a Child Worker Training meeting on Sunday, June 9 at 5pm. This is a required meeting for anyone who is wanting to work in the children and youth ministries and has not already gone through the training here at Grace. If you have any questions, please see Pastor Stein.
GRADUATION & PROMOTION SUNDAY
During the morning service on Sunday, June 2, we want to recognize all those graduating this year from high school, college or grad school. Please let the church office know your name and degree earned by clicking the button below and filling out the form, so that we can give you the recognition you deserve. That morning will also be our day to welcome those moving up to the next class in Sunday School. Parents, remember that the cut-off date for your child aging up to the next class is October 1st.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL HELPERS NEEDED
Vacation Bible School will be from Sunday, July 14 - Wednesday, July 17 this year. If you are interested in volunteering to help during VBS, please sign up at the link below.
BACK TO SCHOOL SUPPLY COLLECTION
We have an opportunity through Operation Love Ministries to be a blessing to our community by donating back-to-school supplies for children of families in need. If you would like to donate items for this collection, please bring the supplies to the table in the church lobby by Sunday, June 30. See the link below for a list of items that are most needed as well as volunteer information.
LADIES BIBLE STUDIES: RUTH & ROMANS PART 2
We are excited for the Ladies Precept Bible Study coming up in this fall! The study will have several opportunities to meet in person or online and will meet every other week. LADIES PRECEPT STUDY: ROMANS PART 2 SIGN-UP
SUMMER CAMP: ELEMENTARY & TEENS
Summer will be here before we know and with that comes some exciting opportunities such as camp. Going to camp can have a great spiritual impact on our children. This summer we are going to Camp Cobeac July 22-26.
You will want to register as soon as you know your plans so your child has a spot reserved. The cost for camp is $279 which could decrease if you have more than one child attending and/or have a teen going to camp. Cobeac provides a sibling discount of $50 off after the first registration. Also, teens that serve during the Summer Family Nights will get a scholarship.

WEEKLY PRAYER MEETING AT ANDERSON POLICE STATION
A weekly prayer meeting is held each Monday to pray for our law enforcement, first responders, and government officials. If you are interested, you can meet at the alcove outside the Anderson Police station on Mondays at 8:00am.
SENIOR ADULTS CONFERENCE AT THE WILDS
We are excited about another upcoming Senior Adults Conference(55+) at The Wilds this Fall. You'll be sure to enjoy some relaxation, sight-seeing and Bible teaching together from Pastor Mike Reid, Senior Pastor of Temple Baptist Church of Fredericksburg, Virginia. REGISTER FOR FALL SENIOR ADULT CONFERENCE AT THE WILDS
HELP NEEDED: TURN AWAY NO LONGER MINISTRIES
Turn Away No Longer (TANL) is a nonprofit organization in Madison County helping children in need. TANL provides Swag Packs to children entering foster care through their Care4Kidz program.
Swag Packs are new bags/backpacks stuffed with new items the children need and can use, along with an encouraging note to tell a child, "you do matter, we care about you, God loves you and He has a plan for your life". TANL works with Benchmark Family Services, Kids Peace Indiana Foster Care, and the Dept. of Child Services at the state and local levels.
Swag Packs give children a bit of comfort in having something of their very own they can take with them to their next destination. Grace Baptist Church is a Drop Zone for donations and wants to fully support these efforts to make a difference in children's lives.
