Music & Media Ministries Director
David Luttrull joined Grace Baptist Church as a ministry assistant in August of 2011. David works both at Indiana Christian Academy and the church. At the school, David enjoys teaching both Bible, History and Computer. At the church, he leads the music program and coordinates the media teams.
David received his Bachelor of Arts in Youth Ministries from Maranatha Baptist University in 2011. David finished his master’s degree online through Northland International University as part of his pastoral internship. David met his wife, Becca, when she came to teach at Indiana Christian Academy in 2014.
David grew up at Grace; his mother taught at the Christian school until he graduated. While the Lord saved him when he was very young (six-years-old), the gospel continues to impress and humble him daily. He considers Proverbs 3:5-6 to be his life’s passage. “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”
David loves helping create worshipful music and seeing Christ's kingdom furthered through the media ministry. In his free time, he enjoys reading, spending time with other believers and working with technology. David and his wife have four children.

Ministry Coordinator
Will DuBois heads up the outreach program at Grace. While he’s been a member at Grace for almost twenty years (and a deacon much of that time), Will came on staff at Grace in 2019. Prior to his service at the church, Will worked in the computer systems and support industry for over 45 years receiving education from USMC, Purdue University and the University of Phoenix.
Will married his wife, Angel, in 1972; they have two adult children: Sherry and Lisa. Will and his wife both grew up in church and heard the gospel at young ages. Yet, they didn’t realize their need for salvation until their late 20’s. Upon the birth of their first child, they became aware of the deep void in their lives without Christ. Independently, but very nearly at the same time, both Will and his wife repented, prayed, and trusted in Christ as their personal Savior.
While he “doesn’t know what free time is,” Will enjoys being with his family – especially his wife and grandchildren (Liam and Addy). Both he and his wife life to travel, but they aren’t quite as good at it anymore. Will loves music and sang with his sisters as a family group as a boy. When his daughters came along, they joined in and sang with him in church – even when the youngest had to stand on a chair to be seen over the pulpit.

Joshua Csire
Hispanic Ministry Director
Josh grew up at Grace Baptist Church and Indiana Christian Academy. At four years of age he made a profession of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. However, as a child he struggled with doubts about his personal salvation. His pastor encouraged him with the truth that salvation is ultimately not based on a prayer that one has prayed, but on whom one is trusting for salvation. Today Josh knows without a doubt that God saved him from the penalty of sin because he asked for God's free gift of salvation through faith in His Son, Jesus Christ (see Romans 10:9-10)!
Hanna and Josh met in the spring of 2014. Hanna had grown up as a missionary kid in Brazil, where she spoke English and Portuguese. However, just like Josh, she learned Spanish in college. Just a couple of months into their dating relationship, on January 26, 2015, Josh surrendered to serve the Lord in Hispanic ministry in the U.S. Josh had the privilege of marrying Hanna in 2016, and they have served the Lord together at Grace (both in the American and Hispanic ministries) and at ICA since July 2019.
Children’s Ministries Director
Ben Worsham joined the staff at Grace Baptist Church to serve as the Children’s Ministries Director in 2023 after completed a two-year internship at Grace. He graduated from Maranatha Baptist University with a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Theology and a Master of Arts in Bible. He is currently working toward a Master of Divinity with a concentration in counseling from Bob Jones University.
While growing up, Ben was exposed to the Word of God through his father’s ministry. He was saved after hearing his dad preach at a nursing home service; when they returned home that day, he repented of his sin and began his personal walk with Christ.
Ben married his wife on May 22, 2023, in Austin, Texas. Together, they enjoy traveling and exploring the beauty of God’s creation, having already visited 26 states, four different countries, and Puerto Rico. They especially love visiting various national parks whenever they have the opportunity.
In his free time, Ben enjoys the craft of roasting coffee and spending quality time with his wife.

Ministry Administrator
Robert Tucker joined Indiana Christian Academy as the assistant principle in 2018. In 2024, Robert transitioned to the church side of the ministry and took over the role of Ministry Administrator where he oversees various administrative and financial operations, leveraging his extensive educational background and experience.
Robert received his Bachelor of Science degree from Pensacola Christian College in 2002 and furthered his education with an MBA from the same institution in 2022. He married his wife, Rachel, in August 2002, and they enjoy building their life together centered around their faith and community.
Robert's journey to faith began in the 5th grade when his Bible teacher assigned the class to write out their personal testimonies. As Robert struggled with doubts about his salvation, he spoke with his mother, who guided him through Scripture. It was then that Robert asked Christ to save him.
In his free time, Robert enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending quality time with family and friends. His life verse is Proverbs 3:5-6, which reminds him to trust in the Lord wholeheartedly: “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”

Hispanic Ministry Assistant
Secundino Bautista leads the growing Hispanic ministry at Grace. Secundino heard the gospel for the first time in 1999, but he refused to believe in Jesus. In the year 2000 he had an accident at work, and while recovering from this accident over the next seven months, he realized that he did not have control over his life. God called his attention, and in April 2000 he accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior. In 2002 he married Francisca, and they have three boys.
In 2009 Secundino took a step of faith to move his young family from Anderson to South Carolina to study at Faith Bible College (El Colegio Bíblico de la Fe) in Greenville. He graduated in 2012, and in 2013 he and his family returned to Anderson to serve the Lord in the Hispanic work at Grace. His favorite Bible passage is John 1:12-13, “But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name: which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God."
